With HARD Summer coming up in just a week, I had the privilege of sitting down with the Executive of HARD Events, the lady boss herself, Meagan DesChenes.

Meagan has worked for HARD events since day one handing out flyers and running the brand’s social media accounts which eventually led her down the path of becoming the head person in charge.

In this episode, we really dive deep into the backstory of HARD events and really what it takes to run a music festival company underneath the Insomniac Umbrella. We also talk a lot about the struggles that they had to overcome during COVID and more importantly how much Meagan has accomplished as one of the only women in her field and what adversities that she has had to face along the way.
