I'm starting to feel like everyone in the music business is way busier than any other career choice out there. Just because it usually takes longer to “make it” and we all have to work another job while we are working on it. 

Today I talk with Usaybflow, who is known for his insane talent when it comes to chopping triples and quad drops into his performances. About some of the tools that he uses in order to keep himself physically, mentally, and emotionally healthy. While he has a full time job, curates content for Social Media, and is on track to play 40 shows this year. As well as find out some of his favorite activities to do when he isn’t in business or creative mode and is trying to take his mind off of things.

Because as we will learn, taking breaks is one of the most important things you can do as someone who works in a creative field!
