We have all had times where we might not know what level of value we bring to others in the industry. Whether you are looking to be picked up by a manager or talent agency or maybe you are pitching songs out to different labels. The results that you get from whatever you are trying to accomplish can really skew your opinion on how worthy you think you are.

On one hand, things could go really well. You could land that new manager or get that chance to release on your dream label. Which obviously is a huge boost to your ego! But on the other hand, you could try and try but never get the opportunity that you are hoping for. Either way, it is not a good idea to use these metrics to determine your worth as someone trying to make it in this industry.

So, how do we ultimately determine our worth? Well, let me just start by saying, you are not alone in struggling to figure this out.
