Have you ever felt like you needed to “out-do” yourself after writing a hit song? It's a common feeling, but one that can lead to burnout and creative block. As a musician or artist, it's important to remember that your work is not a competition. Every piece you make is a unique expression of yourself, and there's no need to constantly try and “out-do” your previous work.

Instead, let your creativity flow, embrace the journey and enjoy each step along the way. Be proud of your achievements so far and don't let the pressure of success get in the way of your creativity.

On today’s episode, Sumthin Sumthin shares with us his struggle with this exact topic. After he wrote his hit song “Bloom” which has been played out by some of the best including Troyboi, who still continues to play it live till this day.
